Smoked Whole Chicken and Wings
Chicken Rub
2 tbsp of olive oil or mustard
2 tbsp of chili powder
2 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of kosher salt
3 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp of cayenne
Coat wings or whole chicken with oil or mustard.
After mixing rub together, coat the wings or chicken thoroughly.
Whole chicken cooks until 165° degrees internal temp. Breast up and tie the legs together.
Wings cook/smoke for 4 hours at 250°. Flipping or rotating at the half way mark.
