Smoked Tomahawk Steak
Smoked Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks
Steaks rubbed generously with Steves's Steak Seasoning.
Set your SmokinTex electric smoker to 250°F.
Use an internal thermometer and smoke the steak with Hickory wood until the internal temp reaches 120°F. If you like it rare , you can remove it at 117-118°F.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes, then sear on the grill for about 90 seconds on each side. Make sure the coals are nice and hot before searing.
