Smoked Chicken Breasts
Fill a large zip-lock bag with enough EVOO to cover breasts and add Garlic/Parsley Powder and Italian seasoning.
Refrigerate over night.
Cook/smoke with 2 oz. Hickory Wood and smoke at 225°F for 1 hour then turn over and smoke another hour.
Comes out nice and done, moist, and flavorful. Yummy!
