Smoked Almond Praline Delight

For a fabulous summer dessert and a perfect complement to your SmokinTex dinner, add a little smoke to your ice cream with smoked almonds!

First, substitute smoked nuts in place of toasted in your favorite praline recipe. I used a SmokinTex recipe for smoked almonds and added them to a traditional southern praline. Then, crumble the praline, along with some extra chopped smoked almonds, over store-bought vanilla ice cream. This will bring your tasty dessert to a whole new level of sophistication!
