I was looking for a quality electric smoker for the ease compared to charcoal. Tired of the junk! I’ve already done a 10 lb brisket and pork chops. Unit is well made but 10 lb brisket was pushing the capacity limits. Anything bigger will need to be done on my other smokers. I suggest stepping up in size if you want to do bigger things. I think you could get 2 pork shoulders or two whole chickens in this unit if that helps. Jury still out on smoke penetration and durability but happy so far!

I received the smoker in less than a week after ordering. It was delivered in good shape and was easy to assemble. I have used it twice already and have been very happy with the results. I smoked a thick ribeye steak before grilling and also smoked a 12-lb turkey for Thanksgiving both of which turned out fantastic!
