INGREDIENTS
- Whole Chicken
- Chicken Wings
Chicken Rub
- 2 tbsp of olive oil or mustard
- 2 tbsp of chili powder
- 2 tbsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of kosher salt
- 3 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp of cayenne
DIRECTIONS
- Coat wings and whole chicken with oil or mustard.
- After mixing rub together, coat the wings or chicken thoroughly.
- Whole chicken cooks until 165° degrees internal temp. Breast up and tie the legs together.
- Wings cook/smoke for 4 hours at 250°. Flipping or rotating at the half way mark.
