Smoked Whole Chicken and Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole Chicken
  • Chicken Wings

Chicken Rub

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil or mustard
  • 2 tbsp of chili powder
  • 2 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tsp of kosher salt
  • 3 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp of cayenne

DIRECTIONS

  • Coat wings and whole chicken with oil or mustard.
  • After mixing rub together, coat the wings or chicken thoroughly.
  • Whole chicken cooks until 165° degrees internal temp. Breast up and tie the legs together.
  • Wings cook/smoke for 4 hours at 250°. Flipping or rotating at the half way mark.
