Rub:
Equal Parts:
- Salt
- Cumin
- Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Granulated Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Smoke for about 2.5 hours at at 230°F but better to use a temp thermometer with 2-3 oz. of cherry and one chunk of hickory wood.
