  • Pasture raised ground pork

  • Habanero pepper cheese

  • Wisconsin cheddar

  • Italian parmesan

  • Cream cheese filling

DIRECTIONS

2 hours in my SmokinTex Smoker at 225°F.

Use a combination of apple and hickory wood.
