DIRECTIONS
Smeared beef ribs with mustard and pomegranate molasses before cooking.
Smoke full sized beef ribs 250° at using pecan and mesquite wood.
Started saucing at 180° so it’s close to 200° when pulled.
Optional — Finished with homemade strawberry chipotle BBQ sauce.
