INGREDIENTS
- Chicken
Marinade:
- 2 cups apple vinegar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tbs. poultry seasoning
- 1 tbs. granulated garlic
- 1 whole egg
- 1 large chicken, cut up
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients, and pour over chicken. Refrigerate in a plastic freezer bag overnight, turning often. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Smoke-cook chicken pieces at 225°F for 2-1/2 hours. Use 2 ounces of apple wood. You can also vacuum-seal.
