Cherry Wood Smoked Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 5 oz. Salmon Portions

  • Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on salmon.

Fill smoke box with a small handful of cherry wood chips. Cherry wood has a delicate flavor.

Place salmon on your SmokinTex seafood rack and smoke at 230°F. for 50 minutes.

Serve with grilled asparagus and sautéd mushrooms.
