Apricot Honey Glaze
This is to be slathered on ribs already smoked in your SmokinTex smoker for 2.5 hours at @225°F.
½ Cup Apricot preserves
½ Cup Honey
2 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Allspice
Mix heated together until thickened.
Slather on ribs, wrap in foil and smoke/cook in your SmokinTex smoker for another 4 hours @225°F.
Smoke with wood flavors you like.
