Smoked Whole Chicken

Chicken Rub

2 tbsp of olive oil or mustard

2 tbsp of chili powder

2 tbsp of smoked paprika

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of onion powder

1 tsp of garlic powder

2 tsp of kosher salt

3 tsp of fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp of cayenne

Coat wings or whole chicken with oil or mustard.

After mixing rub together, coat the wings or chicken thoroughly.

Whole chicken cooks until 165 degrees internal temp. Breast up and tie the legs together.

Wings cook/smoke for 4 hours at 250. Flipping or rotating at the half way mark.
