Smoked Spiral Ham
"Double smoked brown sugar glazed
spiral ham in the SmokinTex
1.5 oz of apple wood soaked in apple
cider 2 hrs.
225°F for around 3 hrs or until 130°F.
Glazed it with brown sugar last 30
mins. while it came to 140°F.
Although I did spray it with apple
juice/ honey mix before smoking and every hour after.
It was so juicy with a nice crust from the brown sugar glaze. Watch the amount of wood you use."Thanks Tim W.!
