Smoked Ribeye Steaks

Our commercial and restaurant customers smoke steaks and then grill them to smoky perfection!

For a great smoky taste on any steak:

  • Put a small amount of Mesquite wood in your smoker's wood box. Start out with small amounts of wood until you know your smoked flavor taste level.

  • Set temperature to 125°F.

  • When smoke hole has a lot of smoke (approx. 45 min. to 1 hr.) put steak in smoker for 10-20 min.

  • Remove and put on grill to finish it off. Cook to taste.
This gives your steaks a great flavor!

  • Thicker cuts (at least 1.5”) tend to have better results than thinner cuts.

This recipe goes great with smoked baked potatoes.

Mesquite is not normally good for any kind of smoking except for steaks.
