Cherry Wood Smoked Salmon


4 5 oz. Salmon Portions
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper

Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on salmon.

Fill smoke box with a small handful of cherry wood chips. Cherry wood has a delicate flavor.

Place salmon on your SmokinTex seafood grill and smoke at 230░F. for 50 minutes.

Served with grilled asparagus and sautÚd mushrooms.
