"Smoked red jalapenos with pasture raised ground pork, habanero pepper cheese, Wisconsin cheddar and Italian parmesan and cream cheese filling.

2 hours in my SmokinTex 1400 at 225F. They shared space with some pork ribs. ;)

Used combination of apple and hickory wood."
