I have smoked just about everything in my 1400 SmokinTex. If you like Reuben sandwiches, pick up a “corned-beef brisket,” smoke it like you would any brisket, take it to 185º to 190º and removed from smoker and let rest. Then slice thin for some really good pastrami!!!!
