Mustard Dill Sauce

  • 4 tbs. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

  • 3 tbs. sugar

  • 2 tbs. white wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 3 tbs. minced dill

In a small bowl, mix: mustards, sugar, and vinegar to a paste. Slowly beat in oil. Thicken to a mayonnaise consistency. Stir in dill.
