Smoked Stuffed Jalapenos
"I took fresh sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and mixed it together.
Stuffed the peppers and put a piece of bacon on top of each one.
Added some apple and hickory chips.
Set smoker on 225°F and let it go for 2 hrs and 45 minutes.
They came out great. Bacon was crispy and the peppers had a nice mild after burn."
