Talking Smoked ribeye's

I tried the smoked Ribeye's for a first, fast cook. I can see this 1500 CXLD getting a lot of use. They turned out great.

Set the temp to 225,put the steaks on the meat racks let it build a good rolling smoke for 20 minutes.Mesquite wood. Take them out after 20 minutes of being in the smoke, put them back in the fridge and grill them later.

Default smoked ribeyes

I like that idea. Did they cook appreciably in the 20 minutes ?
