Store bought. I am currently working n leaning with someone that makes his own..so I am in training to make my own.
I smoked some uncooked links in my CXLD this weekend using Hickory and they were great!
Smoked sausages @ 200 degrees using hickory and cherry wood.
That looks finger lickin' good. Making me hungry now......Steve
