GREAT smoker!!

I took delivery on my Smokin Tex 1400 last week... since then I have done chicken, ribs and my latest, PASTRAMI! I used a recipe I found online and it yielded the best pastrami I have ever tasted! So good that I'm doing more today! 9 hours of smoking but the end result is better than any deli pastrami I ever had. This smoker kicks butt with everything I do! I can't wait until Thanksgiving..when I plan on smoking a turkey. This is the best smoker/cooking device I have ever owned. I can already see that it will be well used in the years ahead!!!

for the rub I added 2 tbs of paparika...everything else is the same! Try this...you will be amazed at how good it is!!
