My 1500CXLD is a marvel in quality and performance. I do a lot of church dinners and with the CXLD nothing is impossible. Ribs, brisket, chicken, butts, for 150 is a cinch. I have a Stump's which served me faithfully for several years and had my doubts using electricity but the food from the Smokin Tex tastes better and can be cooked without tending continuously. The Smokin Tex CXLD has expanded my opportunities to play! Appreciate the help from the Smokin Tex staff. Well done to Smokin Tex! Lance
