Personal Best - Boston Butt

[Deep South]

I guess during all the rib, brisket and sausage smoking I was too busy to even TRY
a Boston Butt on my new CXLD. I rubbed this one down Friday and put it on before
I went to bed. 12 hours later @ 220 degrees I had one of the best Boston Butts
I have ever smoked.

Butts are easy and so forgiving, especially in these smokers. It's really hard to screw one up. Good job! Looks great. ;)
