So I couldn't wait to get home-- and as soon as I unpacked my bag- I headed to the kitchen and prepped 4 racks of lamb riblets and 4 more Jimmy Dean logs and have them cooking for dinner. Not only can IU not wait-- but neither can my wife. Bow to the almighty Smokin' Tex. All hail Smokin' Tex!!!
