Hi! I am thrilled with my SmokinTex. I have the 1400. It has gotten a workout this summer. Everyone who comes over for a meal asks about it and I always tell them how simple it is.

We've made smoked turkey, brisket and salmon so far. I am excited to try some new recipes. Thanks, SmokinTex!!:)

I bet your like me, People say man that took you hours. LOL And I tell them it took a few minutes to get the meat ready and load it. Its set it and forget it .
Glad to see you are enjoying yours also.
I know mine made me a good cook. And that I like.:D
